We are very fortunate to have the ‘1 -2 Achieve’ organization provide our sport activities; run by the amazing David Clarke.
Physical activity helps young people develop in a range of ways. Not only does it help with physical health but it also helps improve brain function and emotional wellbeing. Young people who participate in regular physical activity enjoy improved relationships and a more positive body outlook on life. Sport helps decrease anxiety, improves focus, increases energy levels and balances sleep patterns.
Ages 5 -16.
